Our Company Culture:

Our company culture is non-negotiable. We spend the 1st hour of each day developing ourselves thru education, training, 3S (sort, sweep, standardize) and Soji (cleaning).
As part of TPS, each team member is required to make one improvement daily. This is called Kaizen which means “small, daily improvement.” Our team is presented challenges and problems to solve each day. Our leadership provides the opportunity to experiment, fail, succeed and most of all learn from failure. If you want a place where your voice is heard and your ideas are implemented, this is the place for you.
We do not have a janitorial staff – each team member (including the company owner) is responsible to clean all aspects of our facility (including the restrooms and toilets) weekly. Our facility, especially our restrooms and break room is spotless – every minute!
Our Standards:
- Work hours are 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Paid 30 minute lunch), Monday thru Friday (non-negotiable). Overtime is available at times
- Tardiness, absenteeism, and drama is not tolerated
- Know-it-all’s, big ego’s, people with negative attitudes, people without ambition need not apply
- Cell phones are not permitted while working and can only be used on break and lunch
- We hold the rope tight as our customers deserve nothing less!
